Founded in 1994, Phở House began with a single mission: to serve the same aromatic, slow-simmered broths our family enjoyed back in Vietnam.
Every bowl of our signature Pho is the result of a 24-hour brewing process, using charred ginger, star anise, and marrow-rich beef bones. We don't believe in shortcuts—only the patient pursuit of flavor.
Today, with two locations in Vista and Oceanside, we remain family-owned and operated, ensuring that every guest feels like they are sitting at our kitchen table.
